Dear Power Summit Attendee,  

The Latinas LEAD Power Summit is almost here! We look forward to hosting you this Saturday, June 24. To prepare you, below is important information to make the day seamless. Please note that the first 300 people to arrive and check-in will receive the newest edition of The Power of Latino Leadership-Ahora! by Dr. Juana Bordas, a pioneer and thought leader in the study of leadership, diversity, and organizational change.  
 
The Power Summit will take place in the King Center Concert Hall and will be open seating. All attendees must enter King Center through the doors on Lawrence. Please look for signage and volunteers to direct you. 
 
Power Summit Agenda  
8:00 a.m. – Doors to the King Center open 
8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Continental Breakfast, King Center Atrium 
9:00 a.m. – Doors to Concert Hall open 
9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. – Morning Program  
12:15 to 1:15 p.m. – Lunch Break, St. Cajetans 
1:15 to 4:00 p.m. – Afternoon Program 

There is no food and beverage allowed in the Concert Hall.

Registration 
Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in King Center. Enter through the doors on Lawrence Street.  
If you are no longer planning to attend the Power Summit, please email: cpulido@unicocommunications.org.  

Simultaneous Translation 
Live and virtual segments will have simultaneous translation available. Portions of the Power Summit will be entirely in Spanish. If you require translation services and did not indicate it on the registration form, please email Christopher Pulido at cpulido@unicocommunications.org. If you requested translation services, you will be able to pick up your headset outside of the Concert Hall before the program begins at 9:30 a.m. 

Childcare 
Childcare is only available for those registrants who requested this service at the time of registration. Childcare will be provided from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. There is no on-site drop-in childcare option. Parents should have received an email with liability release form and check-in details. 
 
Event Photography 
We will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing images of our attendees throughout the day at the Power Summit. The Latino Community Foundation of Colorado will utilize these photos in future promotions and campaigns to highlight its work. If you do not want to be photographed, please inform our registration team upon check-in. 
 
Event Attire 
Casual or culturally inspired clothing that is comfortable and reflects your unique style.  
 
Getting to the King Center at MSU Auraria Campus and Parking 

• King Center Concert Hall: The King Center Concert Hall is located on the Auraria Campus at 855 Lawrence Way, Denver, CO 80204. Please follow signage to entrance and registration. 

• Parking: Reduced parking at a rate of $7.50/day is available in the Holly and Spruce Parking lots which are closest to the event entrance, or the Tivoli Parking Garage or Dogwood lot which is a bit further. Enter code 1093005 into parking kiosk for the special rate. Your license plate # is needed to complete parking. This code will not work through the mobile app. You will need to pay at a pay station.

• Holly Parking Lot Address: 855 Curtis St, Denver, CO 80204 

• Spruce Parking Lot Address: 855 Walnut Street, Denver, CO 80204

Invite Your Friends and Family to Attend Virtually 
Select portions of the program of the Latinas LEAD Power Summit will be live streamed free of charge and accessible through LCFC website’s event page beginning at 9:45 am.
