A Giving Campaign to Invest in Colorado’s Latino Community

Our growth is real. Since our start in 2017, LCFC has invested $13 million in Latino communities throughout Colorado. Our giving campaign centers on a $20 million community legacy endowment fund that will honor our past, embrace our present, and position us for a bright future for generations to come. Through the campaign, LCFC will invest in Latino individuals and communities, lifting our collective strengths and cementing our presence well into the future. 

Why Give?

The One Community, One Legacy campaign will dedicate the capital for our community to think big, innovate, transform, and unite our collective power. With your help, we will elevate our Latino communities to new heights. In the next 20 years, one third of all Coloradans will be of Latino ancestry. We will comprise much of the student population, labor force, and talent that will be vital to Colorado's prosperity. We will hold a meaningful role in helping shape the next two decades for Latino nonprofits and leaders. 

Our goal is to raise $20 million and we’re 65% of the way there.

Help us close the remaining gap of $7 million to build the Latino philanthropic superhighway that will transform our Latino community forever! Together we can make it to the peak.

How the funds are used

  • Legacy Fund

    Pooled fund of unrestricted dollars that helps keep LCFC fresh and innovative and improves the way Latinos live in Colorado.

    $10 Million Goal

  • Vision Fund

    Pooled fund for restricted investments that are targeted to: invest in great minds, build innovative nonprofits and support community problem solving.

    $5 Million Goal

  • Loan Fund

    Provides no/low interest loans to support strategic organizational investments that build wealth and local economic development opportunities.

  • We want to provide you with options when it comes to giving. You can either make an immediate one-time or recurring cash donation or pledge to make your contribution over time. Our team will work with you to fulfill your pledge during a timeline that works best for you. Pledges start at $1,000.

  • Absolutely. Feel free to make a kickstart contribution of the amount of your choosing and complete the online pledge form so we can discuss future contributions one-on-one.

  • You can make an immediate donation by credit card. Checks made payable to the Latino Community Foundation of Colorado can be mailed to 2250 S. Oneida Street, Suite 102, Denver Colorado 80224. We also appreciate donations of stocks, fixed assets (i.e., land), IRA distributions, charitable trusts or donor advised fund contributions.

  • LCFC is a qualified 501c3 nonprofit making your gift eligible for a tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.

  • Yes! Please ask your employer if they would like to match your contribution and double your impact. Contact Priscilla Montoya at pmontoya@latinocfc.org to learn how you can leverage an employer match.
