One Fund. One Application. One Shared Commitment.
Unity Fund
2026
A coordinated funding opportunity for Colorado nonprofit organizations
Rather than asking organizations to navigate separate applications and review processes, the Unity Fund offers one shared process: one application, one eligibility check, and one collaborative review.
Our goal is to reduce administrative burden while directing resources to organizations providing important legal, community, and organizational support across Colorado.
The 2026 Unity Fund is offered through LCFC’s Ayuda Grantmaking platform. It brings together the following local and national philanthropic partners through one coordinated opportunity: Hispanic Federation, Colorado Health Foundation, Rose Community Foundation, and The Women’s Foundation of Colorado.
$900,000+
in confirmed collaborative investment.
Grant awards:
$25,000–$50,000
