Communities Lead, Communities Thrive

Championing Historical Change

The Communities Lead, Communities Thrive (CLCT) initiative is a multiethnic coalition of non-profit leaders that together, have successfully championed for the passage of House Bill HS22-1356. Non-profits are a central support system for Coloradans providing critical resources that fill the gap left by government. This Bill will provide the necessary funding to help communities that have experienced negative impacts caused by COVID-19 recover and rebuild.
