Roundtables
About
the program
Leadership Roundtables (LRT) connect nonprofit leaders, industry professionals and community members to the broader nonprofit ecosystem through tailored thought-leadership sessions on topics relevant to their work. Curated by Latino Community Foundation of Colorado (LCFC) and facilitated by thought partners from its robust network, each invite-only session offers an opportunity to re-imagine the nonprofit landscape, address unique sector challenges, and expand community connections.
LCFC began hosting Leadership Roundtables in 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to support leaders during a time of unprecedented challenge. Since its inception, Leadership Roundtables have become an essential element of LCFC’s core commitment to strengthening the nonprofit ecosystem.
